Do You Feel Like This?

If any of these land, you deserve real answers—not another "try to relax."

It might not be "just hormones."

And you don't have to figure it out alone. There are real, biological reasons you feel this way—and they can be found.

Who I Help

You don't need a perfect diagnosis to reach out. You just need to feel like something is off.

I Find the Why—So you stop guessing

Many women are handed medication before anyone asks the deeper questions. Anxiety, mood swings, sleep disruption, brain fog, PMDD, postpartum struggles, and perimenopause symptoms often look the same on the surface—but the root cause is not always the same. That's why I look deeper first.

  • Hormonal patterns and cycle-related changes
  • Thyroid function, cortisol, and nervous system stress
  • Nutrient depletion and underlying physiological contributors
  • Sleep disruption, burnout, and chronic overwhelm
  • Trauma history and its physical impact on the body
  • Life transitions, emotional load, and long-term stress patterns

The expensive option is often the cheaper one.

Most women who come to me have already spent months—or years—trying to feel better.

  • Wrong medications
  • Supplements that went nowhere
  • Providers who said "it's just stress"
  • Appointments that created more questions than answers

I start with data so you can stop guessing and start moving forward with a treatment plan built around your body.

Let's Clear Things Up

Do you prescribe medication?+

Yes. As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I can prescribe medication when clinically appropriate. But medication is always considered within the full context of your health—not as a first and only answer. Understanding always comes before prescribing.

Can I do virtual appointments?+

Yes. All appointments are fully virtual. I serve women located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida - you just need to be physically in one of those states at the time of your appointment.

How does payment work?+

Root cause evaluations start at $597. Behavioral Wellness for Women is a private-pay practice. This model allows for the kind of comprehensive, unhurried, individualized care that isn't possible within an insurance-based system. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Is this therapy or psychiatry?+

This is psychiatric care—focused on diagnosis, medication management, and comprehensive evaluation of your mental and hormonal health. We can also recommend therapy providers who specialize in the areas we work in, and coordinate care when helpful.

What if I'm not sure what's wrong?+

That's exactly why the consultation exists. You don't need a diagnosis before you call. You just need to feel like something isn't right. I'll do the work of figuring out what's driving it—together.

Can you help if I'm postpartum but not depressed?+

Absolutely. Postpartum experiences are incredibly varied—anxiety, rage, identity shifts, disconnection, intrusive thoughts, and more are all real and treatable. You don't need to be experiencing classic depression to deserve care and answers.

Can I start with a traditional psychiatric evaluation instead?+

Yes - for some women, a standard psychiatric evaluation may be the right place to begin. However, many women come to us after months (or years) of trial-and-error and want a more complete understanding from the beginning. The Mood & Hormone Clarity Evaluation is designed to uncover deeper contributors, reduce guesswork, and create a more precise treatment plan faster. During the free consultation, we would discuss which makes the most sense for you.

You do not have to keep pushing through this alone.

Real answers exist. Real care exists. And you deserve both—not someday, but now.
